A native of the Shenandoah Valley, Donn maintains a wide network of friends, family, and business associates from both Rockingham and Augusta Counties. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from East Tennessee State University. Donn started his career with the Eastman Kodak Company but felt a strong desire to return to the valley. He joined ComSonics, where he excelled with a 30-year career that included positions as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Donn gained valuable experience in the general management of multi-site operations including facility start-ups, contract manufacturing and mergers/acquisitions. He has held both a Professional Engineer and Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Virginia for over 25 years.
Donn has experience in international business transactions and keeps informed on global news events. This serves the business well with the recent influx of attention abroad toward our Shenandoah Valley businesses.
